Certified Service
With Chevrolet Complete Care, your first visit during your first 12 months of ownership is covered. If your vehicle is 2019 or newer, we will cover an oil and oil filter change, a multi-point vehicle inspection, a diesel exhaust fluid tank refill, and tire rotation according to your vehicle’s maintenance schedule. Also, if you use points from My Chevrolet Rewards, you can also get an additional free oil change.
So remember, if you sign up for My Chevrolet Rewards within 30 days of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle, you will receive 20,000 points (a $100 allowance)!
Warranty
With your new Chevrolet comes a limited warranty that helps you stay prepared for the road ahead. For 3 years or 36,000 miles, any vehicle defect repairs are covered along with your original tires. Original tires, however, are prorated after 12,000 miles. Your engine, drive systems, transmission, transfer case and emission control systems are covered up to 5 years or 60,000 miles. Finally, body and sheet metal components are warranted against rust-through corrosion for 6 years or 100,000 miles.
For electric vehicles, certain electric propulsion components are covered for 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Roadside Assistance
For 5 years or 60,000 miles, enjoy 24-hour Roadside Assistance and Courtesy Transportation. For Bolt EV and Volt owners, Chevy extends courtesy transportation to 8 years or 100,000 miles. In particular, Roadside Assistance includes 24/7 toll-free phone assistance, emergency towing, flat-tire fix, battery jump start, vehicle unlock service, and emergency fuel delivery.
