What to Expect from the 2021 Chevrolet Lineup
Chevrolet is an iconic American brand dating back more than a century! Newer models show that Chevy is serious about offering stylish and practical sedans, SUVs, and trucks. Chevrolet continues to offer a range of well-built vehicles. For 2021, Chevrolet is staying on this track. Without further ado, here is everything to pay attention to:
2021 Chevy Suburban
For 2021, the Chevy Suburban received some great new updates. The most notable update is the SUV’s first-ever independent rear suspension. This allows much better interior packaging that frees up room in the cargo area and third row. The Suburban is also longer than before and outfitted with more technology than ever. This includes first-time equipment such as an air suspension and a downsized Duramax diesel engine.
2021 Chevy Tahoe
With a fresh face and look, the this SUV is the shorter version of the equally new Chevy Suburban. The new Chevy Tahoe is not only bigger on the outside, its third row and cargo area have expanded as well. This is because of its independent rear suspension, which fixes the issues from the previous model. Along with a roomier and more comfy cabin, it offers two powerful V-8 engines as well as a diesel. There’s also a multitude of driver-assistance technologies and infotainment features that include a huge head-up display, a larger digital gauge-cluster display, heated and ventilated seats, wireless phone charging, and more. Did we forget to mention the Bose audio system and a rear-seat entertainment system with two 12.6-inch displays mounted behind the front seats?? These are new for the model that should make the entire family jump for joy.
2021 Chevy Silverado
An all-new, fourth-generation Silverado Light Duty was released for the 2019 model year and received several noteworthy updates for the 2020 model year. The 2021 Silverado LD is expected to receive a few noteworthy changes, a new an improved interior and cabin, the introduction of the Silverado ZRX offroad variant, new eye-catching exterior colors, and small upgrades to select trims and technology. A cool new trim will be added- 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Carhartt special edition. According to Autowise, “The famous workwear-themed take on the heavy duty Silverado starts out as the LTZ crew cab model with Z71 off-road package included, and can only be ordered with the Carhartt detailing on a Mosaic Black Metallic paint job.”
2021 Chevy Colorado
The Colorado is up for an update, it hasn’t received one in quite a while. The 2021 Chevrolet Colorado receives a fresh new face and new colors, but the main differences can be found across the off-road oriented ZR2 trim. Design changes include a revised frontal fascia and new color solutions for the logo on the grill. All models now get large Chevrolet lettering on the tailgate.
2021 Chevy Trailblazer
The Trailbalzer is back after being gone for almost a decade. The new model for 2021 is a bit smaller than the original version. It’s not the smallest Chevy crossover, that title belongs to the Trax. Forward-collision warning, lane-keeping assist, and automated emergency braking have been made standard. Features such as adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring are extra. Available is a 1.2L turbocharged 3-cylinder powering 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque or a slightly larger 1.3L turbocharged unit powering 155 horsepower and 174 lb-ft.
2021 Chevy Equinox
For 2021, the Chevrolet Equinox will be seeing updates and upgrades in technology and safety features- making them easier to access and also the addition of a new RS trim. It will include a gloss black grille, Dark Android 19-inch wheels, black interior and exterior badges and side rails, an RS stylized shift knob and black interior upholstery with red contrast stitching. The front and rear fascia are getting updated as well to give the Equinox a more aggressive look. With these new exterior upgrades, Chevy is hoping the more sleek and aggressive look will appeal to a younger crowd.
